LGBT and Social Work Practice

The obstacles I will or may experience is in the aspect of dealing with the problem of differentiating between personality theories and identity development in the individual i am assessing. My ability to separate the individuals personal qualities from his or her individualism. Compared to the different issues and situations that might occur in my practice. I tend to create stigmas, censorship, and legalities when dealing a specific type of risks. All in all, my main objective is to push past the stereotypes, religiosity, and branding and deal with the individual as a human and not as sickness and disease treating them for a cure.
